    We’re always practicing something. Often, without realizing it, we reinforce habits like worry, fear, or self-judgment. I would love to support you in practicing different habits, like kindness, self-compassion, and peace. Regular mindfulness practice has been shown to help ease insomnia, anxiety, depression, anger, and overall well being. Together, we can nurture these traits and help them flourish.
